Saint Ferrol is only produced when the classic cuve has a good balance on its own. Somewhat spiritual by its name, sometimes impenetrable by its color, Saint Ferrol is a tribute to this grape variety, both ubiquitous (90% in this wine) and so difficult to define, and to our small country made up of mixed soil types.
